Courtney pAUL, content Manager

Courtney is a diversity and inclusion professional who is passionate about driving progress toward a more equitable society. After receiving her BA in Psychology from The University of Pennsylvania, Courtney joined Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO), a diversity and inclusion focused nonprofit that provides underrepresented professionals of color with access to highly coveted career opportunities across a variety of industries.

Courtney is currently the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at a global corporate law firm and is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to ultimately diversify the firm’s workforce and legal industry at large. She is enthusiastic about contributing to projects that aim to eliminate racial disparities and enhance quality of life for individuals belonging to traditionally marginalized groups. 

In her free time, Courtney loves to write creatively, read novels about fictional dystopian futures, and travel.
