Chris Crawford, Advisor & Chief Reimagination Officer

Chris Crawford is a 15-year veteran of the Marketing & Advertising industry. Crawford has created and managed integrated campaigns and partnerships for artists and brands such as Beyonce, Kevin Durant, Russell Wilson, George Lopez, Nintendo, Ford Motor Company, Sony Pictures, CAA, Boost Mobile, U.S. Army, American Express and Red Bull.

In 2003, Crawford created the Stomping on the Yard National Step Show Tour. “Stomping on the Yard” is the live event, tour and ESPN television special that inspired the movie “Stomp The Yard”. In 2007, Crawford licensed his platform, trademark and intellectual property to Sony Pictures for the blockbuster film. To date, Stomp the Yard has grossed more than $100 million in worldwide box office sales.

In 2013, Crawford left Vital Worldwide, the company he helped build over the last 10 years, to launch Elite Media. Elite Media is a content collective focused on helping clients connect with consumers via “subculturally relevant” campaigns and both short and long form content. Elite’s client, partner, and property roster includes American Family Insurance, BBDO, Mindshare, Viacom Media Networks, and Because of Them We Can LLC.

Crawford also serves on several charitable boards and has acted as the Chief Reimagination Officer for the Because of Them We Can campaign since 2013.
